The process of the machine works around a revo lving rotating water-cooled casting table where molten aluminium is filled into goutlets from specifically engineered moulds. The droplets are spun by 360 degree and blasted by combustion air knife from the table onto a steel conveyor. In addition, the rates of production vary according to the tables included in the system.
