ALUMINIUM DROSS PROCESSING PLANT

Aluminium dross is a by-product of the aluminium smelting process that may be mechanically recycled to extract the leftover aluminium metal from the aluminium oxide in the ALUMINIUM DROSS PROCESSING PLANT. The mechanical recycling method does not employ any of the hazardous chemicals that were previously used in the extraction of the precious aluminium from the dross. The bulk of metal is recovered without chemically reducing the aluminium oxides in a hot dross processing method. Moreover, in the ALUMINIUM DROSS PROCESSING PLANT, dross is crushed first, then sorted by density into aluminium metal rich particles and aluminium oxide rich particles.
